The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) was created to plan the organized development of the selected regions abutting Delhi to protect unauthorized urban development. The YEIDA has an essential role in the development of plot projects for the industrial, residential, and industrial ecosystems. To achieve this, it introduces new schemes for better growth and to avoid fraud.
YEIDA has launched a new scheme, especially for residential plots. According to the scheme, the flats in Sector 16, 17, 20, and 22D along Yamuna Expressway will follow the First come, First serve basis, and the allotment will take place through a lucky draw. Also, the flats will be free from any interest, and registration will be open on August 2, 2023.

The total layout of the YEIDA city is around 25,000 hectares of which around 19% is solely for residential purposes, while 26% is for industrial usage. According to the scheme, it may offer over 2500 plots without the restriction of a one-time payment.
The administration has also planned facilities in the city like three hotels in the city, including a three-star hotel (2.5 acres), a four-star hotel (5 acres), and a five-star hotel (10 acres), as well as a future MSME cluster, several parks including toy, furniture, clothing, and handicrafts park. In terms of recreational, community, and religious facilities, YEIDA has approved property for three community health centers and a girls’ inter-college, while Gaursons Group is building a 108-foot tall statue of Lord Krishna (the tallest in India) along with a grand temple in its Gaur Yamuna City.
Furthermore, the authority is planning to propose home plots in Sectors 22D, 22A, and 25 of the Yamuna Expressway. Along with the plot allotment, YEIDA has also made changes in the payment methods.

The YEIDA plot scheme is constantly making changes to ease the process and provide better payment options for buyers. However, the authority is also constructing NOIDA International Airport, the largest airport in India, at Jewar. The construction is in its initial phase, and the construction of YEIDA City depends on the development of the airport. So, any delays in any phase of airport development will affect the city’s development.
Therefore, home seekers or investors should analyze the development phase before investing, as any delays in airport development may hamper the pieces of plots.
NOIDA is developing with great success for both residential and industrial purposes. Therefore, NOIDA is a reliable choice if you are seeking office space. If you are searching for office space for lease in Noida 63, Procapitus business park offers space at an affordable price.
